Job Description:
1) Prepare bundle of documents/authorities
2) Do e-filing
3) Organize and manage correspondence, reports and travel
arrangements.
4) Systematically maintain documentation and all legal records
5) Act as Pool Secretary.
6) Attend to incoming phone calls, services & documents.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Must possess minimum 1 year experience working in legal firms, specializing in litigation/Dispute Resolution.
• Must be able to format, fair and prepare cause papers, submissions and correspondences.
• Strong coordination and interpersonal skills, good spoken and written English, and Bahasa Malaysia.
• Meticulous and able to multi-task.
• Creative and proactive person.
