Job Description:
Positions:
1. SENIOR CONVEYANING LAWYER
i. Familiar with Developer project, Subsales and Auction cases
ii. Familiar with all bank portal system
iii. Preparing and attending all conveyancing matters
iv. Handling accounting and administrative matters
v. Able to work independently and start work immediately
vi. Fast learner with strong computer and system skills
2. LAWFIRM DISPATCH/RUNNER
i. Run various office-related errands
ii. Ensure prompt and secure delivery of legal documents, court filings, and correspondence to specified destinations
iii. Assist in filing and retrieving legal documents from courts, land offices, and other relevant institutions
iv. Interact with clients for document pickups and deliveries in a professional and courteous manner
v. Maintain accurate records of all deliveries, pickups, and related activities

a. Member of the Bar Council Malaysia
b. Law Degree from Local University
c. Discipline and Hardworking
d. Good communication skills and pleasant personality
e. Establishes good relationship with agents
f. Capable of functioning effectively in a startup law firm environment
LAWFIRM DISPATCH/RUNNER
a. Possession of a valid driver's license and a reliable vehicle
b. Knowledge of local routes and areas for efficient and timely deliveries
c. Excellent organizational and time-management skills
d. Dependable and punctual, with a strong sense of responsibility
e. Ability to handle confidential and sensitive information with discretion
