We are looking for a litigation lawyer with experience in land and probate matters to join our
dispute resolution team. This is a great opportunity for an associate with a strong foundation
in land and probate matters to grow as a leader and lead files independently.

Description
We are looking for an experienced Finance Assistant/Executive to assist in our finance team's day-to-day operations, including accounts receivable, payable, and treasury.
Responsibilities:
*Responsible for the day-to-day operations of the finance team, including accounts receivable, accounts payable, and treasury.
* Prepare and assist with the preparation of monthly and weekly management reports.
*Prepare and assist with the monthly journal posting, balance sheet control account reconciliations, and bank reconciliation.
* Assist with preparing the yearly financial report and submission of the annual report.
*Perform responsibilities emphasising supervision, internal control, policies and system implementations, and statutory compliance.
* Liaise with bankers, auditors, tax agents, company secretaries, and relevant parties for statutory and legislative requirements.
*Well-versed with tax compliances in relation to employment tax, sales and services tax, and corporation tax.
*Coordinate and prepare for annual financial statement audits and corporate tax filing.
*Any other duties assigned by the management from time to time.
