Job Description:
• To prepare Sale & Purchase and Loan Agreement
• To liaise with all relevant parties including clients, other lawyers, bankers, developers and various government bodies
• Attend to clients’ inquiries via phone or email
• Follow up with clients and update file status
• Prepare case files and status report

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor ‘s Degree in Law (LLB) or Certificate of Legal Practice (CLP) or equivalent
• Minimum 2 years of working experience in related field
• Able to lead and delegate tasks to subordinates effectively with good communication skill
• Possess own transport and willing to travel outstation
• Committed, ambitious and self-motivated
• Analytical and out of the box thinking
• Must be meticulous and has an eye for details
