Job Description:
1. Conveyancing Legal Associate
(a) Handling both Primary and Sub Sales as well as Tenancies
(b) Preparation and maintenance of overall as well as individual status reports for files under his/her purview
(c) Handling of Property Matters including preparation of Sales and Purchase Agreements; and
(d) Research, drafting and inputting of legal opinion based on research findings
2. Pupil/Chambering
The Pupil will be exposed to Civil Litigation, Property (Conveyancing) and corporate work.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Legal Assistant/Associate:
a) Recognised academic and professional qualifications for law practice in Malaysia;
b) Good interpersonal and communication skills;
c) Written and spoken proficiencies in both English and the Malay languages;
d) Meticulous;
e) Computer literate; and
f) Able to adapt to the Firm's work culture.
2. Pupil/Chambering Student:
a) Recognised academic and professional qualifications for
law practice in Malaysia;
b) Good interpersonal and communication skills;
c) Written and spoken proficiencies in both English and the
Malay languages;
d) Computer literate; and
e) Willingness to learn.
