Job Description:
1) Legal Secretary
Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers in preparing and attending to legal documents relating to banking documentation.
- Perform general secretarial work and attend to work assigned by lawyers.
2) Litigation Clerk
Responsibilities:
- Assist lawyers in preparing letters of demand and cause papers relating to civil proceedings, foreclosure proceedings, post auction matters and execution proceedings.
- Assist lawyers to prepare bills and other general administration work relating to litigation matters.
- Knowledge in using iManage system, Juries system and e-filing system is an advantage.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Requirements:
- Minimum SPM. Candidates with Secretarial Diploma or relevant qualification will have an added advantage.
- Minimum 1-2 years of work experience in banking or litigation work in law firm or commercial legal department.
- Able to speak and write in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Proficient in Microsoft Office, dedicated, hardworking and able to work independently.
- Matured, possess high degree of initiative, detail-oriented and has the ability to multi-tasking, work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
