Job Description:
Business Development: Work with Partners to identify and develop initiatives and brand awareness activities for existing clients and targeted prospects.
Provide support and preparation of proposal/tender requests, bids and proposals for partners and lawyers.
Marketing Communications: Draft marketing content for use in brochures, social media, website and other collaterals.
Manage practice group submissions for selected legal directories; ie: Legal 500, Chambers & Partners etc.
Project manage marketing activities such as campaigns, business units’ initiatives, and industry groups’ initiatives, track results and provide analysis. Track YTD expenses against budgets and marketing plans as required.
Management of client database, for the purpose of marketing campaigns and client communications.
Event Management: Lead the planning and organizing of webinars and physical events across offices.
Identify suitable speaking engagements and sponsorship opportunities.

Qualifications and Requirements:
A degree in business, commerce, marketing, management or other relevant areas with at least two years of relevant marketing and communications experience ideally in a law firm or professional services environment.
Strong verbal and written communication skills in English are essential.
Strong computer skills, with a solid proficiency in Microsoft Office, online applications (Zoom, CRM tools) and design software (Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator etc. is a plus)
