Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
1. Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and handle the
file from beginning until handover VP / Legal Possession.
2. Familiar with banking documentations.
3. Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e.
Register of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
4. Able to handle Developer's Housing Project/Sub sale SPA & Loan (Islamic and
conventional) Documentation as well as Auction from start to finish for financial
institution (including govt & Company Loan), tenancy, discharge of charge,
perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other Conveyancing matters
inclusive of e-adjudication form, e-consent, submission of RPGT declaration
independently.
CONVEYANCING CLERK
1. SPM and above
2. Prefer candidate that have at least 1 year experience in conveyancing matters.
3. Hardworking, responsible, good attitude, efficient and detail-oriented in work.
4. Able to take and follow instruction from lawyers as well as to work with minimal supervision.
