Job description:
• To attend to assigned litigation matters and be able to attend Court matters with minimal supervision.
• To draft pleadings, cause papers, and submissions.
• Preparing legal opinion and conducting research on all legal and related matters.
• Prepare status reports and updates to clients.
• Able to manage file(s) with minimal supervision.

• Assisting with advisory work and transaction work, involving commercial contracts/agreements, and providing legal or regulatory advice to clients.
• Assisting with work relating to trademark registration and management of trademarks, or IP related matters.
• To assist in communicating with clients.
• Commercial matters and transactions, including M&A process involving due diligence exercise.

• Applicants who can communicate professionally in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
• Must possess own transportation.
