Job Description:
CONVERYANCING LAWYER
• To handle sub-sales, loan documentation, discharge, perfection of transfer/charge, project works and other conveyancing matters;
• To handle agreement drafting in relation to corporate and commercial;
• To liaise with clients, developer, bankers, property agents and governmental bodies.
CONVEYANCING CLERK
• To assist lawyer in sub-sales, loan documentation, discharge, perfection of transfer/charge, project works and other conveyancing matters; and
• To assist lawyer in communication with clients, developers, bankers, property agents and governmental bodies.
• To handle sub-sales, loan documentation, discharge, perfection of transfer/charge, project works and other conveyancing matters;
• To handle agreement drafting in relation to corporate and commercial;
• To liaise with clients, developer, bankers, property agents and governmental bodies.
CONVEYANCING CLERK
• To assist lawyer in sub-sales, loan documentation, discharge, perfection of transfer/charge, project works and other conveyancing matters; and
• To assist lawyer in communication with clients, developers, bankers, property agents and governmental bodies.
Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
• At least 3-4 PQE;
• Has experience in sale and purchase agreement drafting & preparation of loan documentation;
• Proficient computer skills;
• Strong analytic, legal writing and research skills;
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken);
• Able to handle client and manage cases effectively and result oriented; and
• Able to work independently and self motivated.
CONVEYANCING CLERK
• At least 1-3 PQE;
• Has experience in banking & finance;
• Proficient computer skills;
• Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken);
• Able to handle client and manage cases effectively and result oriented; and
• Able to work independently and self motivated.
