Job Description:
1. Represent clients in court proceedings and other different matters and manage cases effectively.
2. Proficiency in English, Mandarin, and Malay languages.
3. Independently manage cases under the guidance of the Principal Associate.
4. Collaborate with the Principal Associate to ensure successful case outcomes.
5. Maintain clear and timely communication with clients, providing regular updates on case developments.
6. Adhere to deadlines and prioritize tasks to meet timelines effectively.
7. Able to handle civil litigation, conveyancing, and corporate matters.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Possess a minimum of 1-3 years PQE in civil litigation, conveyancing, and corporate matters.
2. Admission to the Malaysian Bar as an Advocate and Solicitor of the High Court of Malaya, ensuring eligibility to practice law in Malaysia.
3. Demonstrated proficiency in English and the National languages, both spoken and written.
4. Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills, essential for navigating complex legal issues.
5. Exceptional communication prowess, coupled with strong interpersonal skills to engage effectively with clients and colleagues.
6. Ability to work independently with minimal assistance, demonstrating initiative and teamwork.
7. Good character, attitude, aptitude, soft skills, and communication abilities.
8. Diligence, hard work, self-motivation, and a proactive approach to tasks.
9. Must possess own transportation.
