We are looking for an Associate and Senior Associate who has an interest and skill in Competition Law and has the experience or interest to provide support particularly in Data Privacy and Cybersecurity. The job scope includes, but is not limited to, managing junior associates, liaising with clients covering the following areas:

• advisory on Competition Law
• reviewing agreements
• leading audits
• preparing submission to the Competition authorities
• making merger filings
• managing investigation; and
• advising Boards and senior management on competition and cybersecurity strategy.

Senior Associate - At least 5-6 years of private practice and/or in-house experience, Credentials in competition law and economics is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Good people and leadership skills. Analytical, detail-oriented, articulate, and able to meet deadlines.
Salary range: RM10,000 to 15,000 per month

Associate - At least 2-4 years of private practice and/or in-house experience, Credentials in competition law and economics is preferred. Strong communication skills in English, both written and verbal. Good people and leadership skills. Analytical, detail-oriented, articulate, and able to meet deadlines.
Salary range: RM6,500 to 9,000 per month

Candidates who can start work immediately or on short notice will have an added advantage.
