Job Description:
CONVEYANCING STAFFS
1. To handle conveyancing matters for direct purchase (SPA/Loan) from developers, Sub-sale with title and no title, Perfection of Title, Perfection of Charge, Transfer of Properties, Discharge/Satisfaction of Charge/Deed of Receipt and Reassignment.
2. Experienced in handling bank legal documentation. Advantage if familiar with commercial loans.
3. Monitor and follow-up closely on work progress for files, preparing status report and update work progress/status with all relevant parties. Able to work independently with minimum supervision. Nonetheless, guidance and supervision will be provided by partners in the firm.
4. Perform other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.
ACCOUNTS MANAGER/OFFICE MANAGER
1. To handle legal firm related account(s) matters independently
2. Meticulous and diligent in the account related field of a legal firm
3. To deal with local authorities department(s) where necessary, such as Bar Council/LHDN
4. To monitor office operation and to take the instructions of the Partners from time to time
CHAMBERING STUDENT/ATTACHMENT STUDENT
1. To assist the lawyers/Partners in carrying out their work in the firm
2. To conduct legal research as and when required
3. To take instruction from the lawyers/Partners in the Firm

Qualifications and Requirements:

2. Familiar with the conveyancing procedures for SPA and Loan
3. Able to manage files efficiently and effectively
4. Team player and responsible
5. Meticulous and able to complete tasks timely
6. Good command of English/Bahasa Malaysia/Mandarin (not of high importance)
7. Minimum 2 years experience and above in conveyancing work (Would consider fresh graduates just called to the Bar).
(Attractive remuneration including travel package allowances and incentives on top of basic salary will be offered to the right candidate).

2. Candidate should be meticulous and be able to handle full set of accounts independently
3. Team player
