1. Able to handle Developer & individual Sale and Purchase documentations for both individual and strata title properties;

2. Able to handle Consumer loan facility documentations for conventional loan and Islamic loan facilities for various banks (Alliance Bank, Ambanl, BSN,CIMB, Hong Leong Bank, LPPSA, Maybank, Public Banl, RHB Bank and UOB);

3. Able to handle Perfection of Transfer and Charges and Discharge of Charge;

4. Provide assistance and support to the lawyers;

5. To liaise and follow-up with clients, relevant authorities and banks;

6. Able to do online filing with LHDN, Land Offices and High Court.

Experience in conveyancing practice knowledge at least 3-6 years experience

Able to work independently;
