Job Description:
Handle all scope of conveyancing matters independently including but not limited to preparation and completion of SPA and loan documentation.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Preferable at least 1 to 3 years working experience in the Conveyancing matters.
Able to communicate and follow up with Clients, Bankers and Lawyers on the status of the files
Committed and Hardworking
Familiar with Microsoft Office (Words & Excel)
Fluent in English and bahasa Malaysia
