Job Description:
Associates
- Our firm has opening for associates with 2-3 years post qualified experience for both of our corporate and litigation department.
- Our corporate associate will be given the exposure to handle all kinds of corporate exercises such as initial public offering, merger and acquisition, due diligence as well as commercial drafting including but not limited to share sale agreement, shareholders agreement, joint venture agreement and etc.
- The scope of work shall also include providing legal advice on all matters relating to corporate and commercial matters, drafting agreements and assisting clients with negotiations to conclude the transaction and etc.
- Our litigation associate will be given the exposure to handle various kinds of civil commercial litigation works including taking briefs from clients, drafting cause papers, and conducting hearing/trials.
Pupil-in-Chambers
- Our firm has openings for chambering pupils for our corporate and litigation department.
- Our pupils for the litigation department will grasp the opportunity to prepare cause paper, bundle of documents and assist the counsels in hearings or trials.
- Our pupils for the corporate department will be given exposure to corporate finance and corporate commercial works.

- Able to handle multiple tasks at any given time and to complete entrusted task within the requisite time
