Job Description:
Junior Conveyancing & Litigation Lawyer
i. Experience in handling documents for sub-sale property, loan
documentations and other conveyancing matters;
ii. Provide legal opinion in respect of any litigation related
matters;
iii. To assist the firm in general litigation and family law matters (If need be);
iv. To attend to case management, hearing, trial & preparing submission;
v. Good personality & working attitude;
vi. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia;
vii. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT System (Optional)
2. Chambering Student/Pupil:
i. To assist in handling documents for sub-sale property, loan
documentations and other conveyancing matters;
ii. To conduct research on points of law;
iii. To assist the firm in drafting cause papers for general litigation and family law matters (if need be);
iv. Good personality & working attitude;
v. Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia;
vi. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office and IT System (Optional)

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Junior Conveyancing & Litigation Lawyer：
i. Possess a Degree in Law (LLB);
ii. Valid practicing certificate issued by Bar Council (for fresh graduates is not a requirement);
iii. At least 1 year experience in civil litigation and conveyancing (for fresh graduates is not a requirement);
iv. Experience in Criminal Litigation is an advantage (for fresh graduates is not a requirement);
v. Capable of handling cases independently.
2. Chambering Student/Pupil:
i. Possess a Degree in Law (LLB);
ii. Good communication and interpersonal skills;
iii. Willing to learn and take on new tasks.
