Job Description:
1) Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
Handling Sale and Purchase Agreement (Developer Project and Sub-Sale), attend to Bank Loan Documentation and to liaise comfortably with clients, bankers, developers and various governmental bodies and any other tasks as assigned
(2) Junior Conveyancing Clerk
To assist lawyers in handling conveyancing files including sub-sale, project, loan documentations and any other tasks as assigned
Handling Sale and Purchase Agreement (Developer Project and Sub-Sale), attend to Bank Loan Documentation and to liaise comfortably with clients, bankers, developers and various governmental bodies and any other tasks as assigned
(2) Junior Conveyancing Clerk
To assist lawyers in handling conveyancing files including sub-sale, project, loan documentations and any other tasks as assigned
Qualifications and Requirements:
(1) Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
*Preferably 1-3 years' experience in conveyancing field
*Able to work under pressure and able to work independently with minimum supervision
*Positive attitude, responsible, good communication and writing skills
(2) Junior Conveyancing Clerk
*Minimum 1 year experience
*Familiar with bank, land office, LHDN requirements and procedure
*Hardworking, meticulous and responsible
*Preferably 1-3 years' experience in conveyancing field
*Able to work under pressure and able to work independently with minimum supervision
*Positive attitude, responsible, good communication and writing skills
(2) Junior Conveyancing Clerk
*Minimum 1 year experience
*Familiar with bank, land office, LHDN requirements and procedure
