Job Description:
We are EXPANDING and we are looking for new Lawyers and Clerks to join our big family.
Conveyancing Lawyer: -
•Candidates responsible to liaise with clients, developers, bankers and various government bodies.
•To handle sub-sales, loan (including company loan), discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.
•To maintain and update file status on operating system.
Conveyancing Clerk: -
•Assist Conveyancing Lawyers handling legal documents.
•To perform any other work as when required.
•Able to work independently.
