Job Description:
To handle, monitor and complete conveyancing matters (including sale and purchase agreements with or without title, project or negotiated, transfers for love and affection, transmissions, transfers pursuant to grants of probate/letters of administration, perfection of transfer, entry and withdrawal of caveats).
To handle, monitor and complete financing documentation for both conventional and Islamic financing (including standard facility and security documentation for both companies and individuals, perfection of charge and filings at the Companies Commission of Malaysia).
To handle, monitor and complete all other related conveyancing matters, including discharge of charge/receipt and reassignment, filings at the Companies Commission of Malaysia, lease and tenancy agreements, real property gains tax submissions, online adjudication and applications for State Authority and Economic Planning Unit approvals.
To apply for title searches, submit applications for State Authority approvals and attend to presentation of documents for registration at the relevant land offices/registries within Peninsular Malaysia.
To liaise with clients, customers, financial institutions, agents, relevant government authorities and other relevant parties.
To raise payment vouchers and invoices and to follow up on collection in a timely manner.
To undertake any ad-hoc activities and tasks assigned by Management.

Qualifications and Requirements:
At least SPM Certificate.
At least 3-4 years of working experience in handling the above matters.
Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
Required languages: good spoken and written English and Bahasa Malaysia. Any other language or Chinese dialect is an advantage.
Willing to learn and take on new tasks and a good team player.
Positive working attitude towards job responsibilities and meticulous with details.
Computer literate.
At least 2 references are required.
