Job Description:
1. Lead and manage the conveyancing department, handling property transactions including sales, purchases, leases, and financing.
2. Merge your existing conveyancing practice with our firm's resources, benefiting from our administrative, management support and our existing panelship.
3. Continue to manage your current files while also taking on new cases from our firm’s client base, with the potential for additional income through commissions.
4. Develop and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring high standards of service and repeat business.
5. Contribute to the firm’s business development, including marketing and expanding the conveyancing practice

Qualifications and Requirements:
• 3 to 5 years of real estate experience, with the ability to
work independently.
• Experience in handling corporate work is an advantage.
• Strong drafting and communication skills.
• Good time management skills.
• Responsible, committed, and a team player.
• Ability to start work immediately is an advantage.
