Job Description:
Legal associate:
• with 3-4 years PQE to handle general litigation, intellectual property and corporate matters.
• ability to handle interlocutory applications independently (including injunctions), conduct trials and hearings at the High Court is an added advantage.
• has an excellent command of written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
• is meticulous and good at multi-tasking.
Para-legal:
• Review and draft routine legal documents.
• Create and maintain case files.
• Facilitate the meeting of lawyer's deadlines by keeping organized schedules and providing timely reminders.
• Assisting lawyers with preparation for litigation matters e.g. pre-trial documents.
• Assisting the lawyers with trademark matters e.g. e-filings.
• Assisting the lawyers with litigation e-filings.
Only shortlisted candidates will be called for interview.
