LEGAL ASSOCIATE-CONVEYANCING (KL & JB)
1. Able to assist in handling general real estate matters
2. Able to liaise with clients on signings and other relevant agencies
3. Able to work under pressure and to complete assigned work within deadlines
4. Able to multitask
5. To maintain and update file status
CONVEYANCING/ADMIN/GENERAL CLERK
1. To assist in preparing and handling documents
2. Able to multitask
3. To maintain and update file status
CHAMBERING/PUPILLAGE
1. To complement the team of lawyers for conveyancing works
1. Able to assist in handling general real estate matters

Qualifications and Requirements:
LEGAL ASSOCIATE-CONVEYANCING (KL & JB)
1. Candidate must possess at least a Professional Degree in law or CLP
2. 0 to 3 years experience / Fresh Graduates are encourage to apply
3. Able to work independently and meticulous
4. Possess own transport
5. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
6. Able to work as a team
CONVEYANCING/ADMIN/GENERAL CLERK
1. At least 1 to 3 years experience
2. Willing to learn, hardworking & responsible
3. Able to work independently with minimum supervision
4. Good working knowledge of Microsoft Office
5. Possess good interpersonal and communication skills
6. Fluent in English and Bahasa Malaysia
7. Able to work as a team
