Job Description:
1. To draft and review commercial agreements, contracts and other legal.
2. To assist lawyers and partners in handling corporate and commercial matters, including listing exercises, investments, mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures and other commercial matters in general.
3. To assist in legal due diligence exercises.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor of Law and a qualified person under the Legal Profession Act 1976 to commence pupillage.
2. Effective spoken and written communication skills in English, Bahasa Malaysia and Mandarin.
3. Strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-solving skills.
4. A team player who is able to work with peers and partners.
5. Proficient in Microsoft Office.
6. Proactive and able to handle matters and work under pressure.
