Job Description:
Litigation Associate
- To handle banking related litigation matters including foreclosure (charge and assignment cases), civil and insolvency proceedings.
Litigation Clerk
- To assist our lawyers in related litigation matters including preparation of letters of demands, cause papers, filing and file management.
- To handle banking related litigation matters including foreclosure (charge and assignment cases), civil and insolvency proceedings.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Litigation Associate
- LLB Degree Holder/CLP/Bar
- 1 to 2 years related experience preferred
- Interested in banking and finance matters
- Good research, writing and verbal skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia with an analytical mind
- Attention to detail
- Professional with good work ethic
- Good time management and organisational skills
Litigation Clerk
- Good written and verbal communication skills in English and Bahasa Malaysia,
- Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and spreadsheets,
- Attention to detail,
- Ability to learn quickly and meet tight deadlines,
- Professional with good work ethic,
- Good time management and organizational skills.
