Job Description:
1. Handle General Litigation and Corporate Litigation matters.
2. Attend to all litigation matters including Court matters
independently and without supervision.
3. Drafting pleadings, cause papers, and submissions including
any correspondences.
4. To handle and manage own files from the start.
5. Preparing legal opinion and conducting research on all legal
and related matters.
6. Preparing status reports and updates for superiors and
clients on weekly basis.
7. To attend to clients and other work assigned by the firm
from time to time.
8. Able to work long hours if and when necessary or required
on case-to-case basis.
9. Provide suggestions and ideas in handling cases and
engaging in a pro-active in discussions.
10.To work closely with the senior counsel.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. Must possess a Bachelor's Degree in Law with qualified
practicing certificates or equivalent.
2. Minimum 0-3 years of experience in civil litigation and/or
corporate litigation matters is required for this position. Fresh Graduates are also encouraged to apply.
3. Possess the experiences handling matters and trials in High
Courts and other higher courts.
4. Good communication and writing skills both in English and
Bahasa Malaysia.
5. Having the experience in managing own files from the start.
6. Possess strong interpersonal skills and excellent problem-
solving skills.
7. Able to work with minimum supervision, a team player,
responsible, reliable, committed, and with a good and
positive working attitude.
8. Multilingual is an advantage.
