Job Description:
ASSOCIATE
• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and case strategies.
• Draft pleadings, submissions, cause papers and other written statements.
• Represent clients in court proceedings, mediations, and arbitrations.
• Conduct legal research and provide well-founded legal opinions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of legislation, regulations, and case law.
• Collaborate with senior associates and partners on complex legal matters.
PUPIL
• To assist lawyers and partners of the litigation team in all matters including drafting cause
papers, conducting research, writing articles and opinion.
• Assist in the preparation of legal briefs and case strategies.

Qualifications and Requirements:
ASSOCIATE
• Legally qualified and a member of the Malaysian Bar.
• Minimum 3 years of post-qualification experience working experience in dispute resolution.
• Familiar with Malaysian Court practices and procedures, Rules of Court 2012 and standard litigation concepts and procedures.
• Responsible for the files/tasks assigned.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Committed and driven with a strong sense of accountability.
• Strong analytical, research, and drafting skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in Bahasa Malaysia and English.
PUPIL
• Possess good drafting, analytical and research skills.
• Willing to learn, hardworking and responsible.
• Good communication skill.
• Proficient in both written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia language.
