Job Description:
1) CONVEYANCING CLERK
- To assist Lawyer in handling conveyancing matters/documentation
- To prepare and attend to legal documents for conveyancing sub-sale and loan documentation
- To follow up and liaise with the Clients, Banks, Developers, Government bodies, and other related parties
- To monitor and handle conveyancing files from the initial stage until completion
- To attend to Client correspondence and prepare a status report
2) ADMIN CLERK
- To assist in administrative works
- To assist Lawyer in handling conveyancing matters/documentation
- To prepare and attend to legal documents for conveyancing sub-sale and loan documentation

Qualifications and Requirements:
1) CONVEYANCING CLERK
- Must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Preferable with at least one (1) year of experience in conveyancing matter
- Computer literate
- Good command of both written and spoken Bahasa Melayu & English
- Fast learner, meticulous, and have good interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude
- Responsible, hardworking, and willing to learn
- Able to handle the work with minimum supervision from the Lawyers
2) ADMIN CLERK
- Must possess at least SPM/Diploma in any field
- No experience is required as long as willing to learn
- Computer literate
- Good interpersonal skills with a positive working attitude
- Organized in handling documents and keeping records
- Must possess at least a Diploma in any field
- Preferable with at least one (1) year of experience in conveyancing matter
- Computer literate
