Job Description:
Banking Litigation Lawyer - Job Scope:
1) To attend and to assist in case management, Hearing, Trial, or in any contentious or litigation matters.
2) To draft correspondences, pleadings/cause papers.
3) To conduct research for litigation tasks and study each case.
4) To liaise and communicate with clients.
5) To attend and to follow up on any brief assigned to the lawyer until the completion of the file.
6) Able to prioritize and manage multiple tasks simultaneously and follow through on issues in a timely manner.
Experience / Knowledge on (but not limited to) the following area would be required:
1) Winding-Up / Bankruptcy matters / Family Matters;
2) General & Commercial Litigation; and/or
3) Some corporate know-how is a bonus.

Requirements for Banking Litigation Lawyer:
1) Called to the Bar.
2) At least 2 year (s) of working experience as a Banking Litigation Lawyer.
3) Excellent command of Bahasa & English.
4) Outgoing.
5) Independent, Meticulous and Hard-working.
6) Able to start as soon as possible or within a reasonable time frame.
Salary: Will be commensurate with experience and personality.

1. Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LLB), obtain a Certificate in Legal Practice and/or Barrister Certificate.

5. Strong analytical skills and good time management
