CONVEYANCING LAWYER
To handle all conveyancing works, including SPA and LOAN, to liaise with agent, banks, developers etc
CHAMBERING STUDENT
-To assist and support partner/associate
-To primarily handle corporate matters and conveyancing matters
-To conduct legal research: draft letters: to assist in legal due dilligence issue correspondence, prepare, compile and bind documentation and all other relevant documents.
-To assist with clerical/administrative tasks and any other matters pertaining to the day to day running of the office
-To prepare legal documents in relation to project conveyancing, loan, subsale and perfection.
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to draft proficiently in English, Chinese and Bahasa Malaysia
