Job Description:
Senior Legal Counsel:
• Oversee the legal review of Listing Applications, Due Diligence Reports and draft White Papers submitted by potential applicants/issuers;
• Participate in proposals for existing and new product offerings and the structuring from a legal perspective;
• Advise on all legal and regulatory matters involving the Company and the KLDX Platform, including to provide legal support and advice to the various departments;
• Undertake the preparation, review, negotiations and maintenance of all agreements/documents to be entered into by the Company;
• Ensuring the adequacy of the legal framework for KLDX including review of the KLDX Listing Rules and Trading Rules and Platform Terms and Conditions;
• Manage and oversee potential disputes and litigation matters involving the Company.
Legal Executive:
• Provide legal support and advice to the Company as part of the Legal Department
• Work closely alongside the other teams, including Operations and Commercial Departments
• Draft, review, negotiate and advise on legal documents
• Participate in proposals for initial exchange offerings and assist in the legal review of Listing Applications, Due Diligence Reports and White Papers submitted by potential issuers
• Collaborate in proposals for new product offerings
• Conduct legal research and ensure compliance with all relevant laws and guidelines
• Maintain and update template documents and policies of the Company to ensure alignment with regulatory requirements and Company’s objectives

Qualifications and Requirements:
Senior Legal Counsel:
• Degree in Law
• 8-10 years of work experience, with experience in debt and equity capital market transactions;
• Meticulous, organized, strong work ethic, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
Legal Executive:
• Degree in Law
• 1-2 years of work experience preferred
• Meticulous, organized, strong work ethic, ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Degree in Law
• 8-10 years of work experience, with experience in debt and equity capital market transactions;
