Job Description:
• Conduct due diligence, compile list of due diligence issue and prepare due diligence report.
• Draft, review and negotiate legal documentation.
• Attend to meetings and signings of legal documentation.
• Attend to stamping and registration of the legal documentation with various authorities.
• Prepare compliance checklist in respect of compliance with relevant legislation and guidelines and ensure compliance thereof.
• Compile documents for fulfilment of conditions precedent / conditions subsequent.
• Assist research on various area of laws in connection with the task undertaken.

Qualifications and Requirements:
• Available to start immediately is a plus point
• Willing to burn the midnight oils
• Admitted to Malaysian Bar
• Knowledge of Companies Act and Capital Markets and Services Act is preferred.
• No specific PQE is required, but prior experience in banking and finance, capital markets and/or real estate is welcomed.
