Job Description:
1) Conveyancing Lawyer
-To handle sub-sale transactions, various refinancing and bank loans including SME loans, Developer'sprojects, and general conveyancing files from initial stage up till completion stage.
-To attend and advise clients promptly, diligently, and prudently, to attend to correspondences, to prepare status reports and other types of work assigned by the Firm from time to time.
-To able to communicate and work closely with assigned clerks/staff and report to the Partners / Head of Office.
2) Conveyancing Clerk
-Conveyancing clerks are required to assist lawyers in handling all conveyancing documentation, paperwork and online submissions (including project/sub-sale SPAs and project/sub-sale loan matters), Discharge of Charge, Perfection of Transfer and Charge, Deed of Receipt & Re-Assignment and other conveyancing matters as and when instructed.
-Corresponding, attending and communicating with all parties including clients, bankers, agents,developer sand various government bodies, etc.
-Monitoring and following-up closely on work progress for files, preparing status report and updating work progress/status to all relevant parties.
-Performing other tasks or work assigned by the firm from time to time and as and when required.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1) Conveyancing Lawyer
- LL. B, Bar or CLP.
- At least three (3) years related experience in conveyancing matters.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both write and spoken (ability to communicate in Mandarin or other languages will be an added advantage but not a compulsory requirement).
- Good interpersonal skills with positive working attitude, honest, responsible, self-motivated, committed,hardworking, efficient, able to work independently with minimal supervision, a team-player anda ble to meet tight deadlines.
- Possess own transport.
2) Conveyancing Clerk
- Computer literate and well versed in Microsoft Word, Excel and E-mails.
- Good command of English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken (ability to communicate in Mandarin or other language(s) will be an advantage but not a compulsory requirement).
- Able to complete task within given timeline, work and handle files efficiently and independently with minimum supervision, and able to work as a team.
- Candidate must possess good attitude, honest, willing to learn, hardworking, responsible and able to multi-task.
