Job Description:
1) To attend case management, court hearings, trials and meetings;
2) To monitor all files closely and liaise with all relevant parties from time to time;
3) To provide independent legal opinions;
4) To conduct legal research and to draft cause papers and submissions;
5) To assist in preparing and supervising all litigation documents for whatever matters handled by the law firm.

Qualifications and Requirements:
1) 3-4 year's experience in litigation (mainly civil litigation);
3) We seek to employ a committed and responsible individual with strong analytical and communication skills, as well as good work ethics;
3) Proactive and is a good team player;
4) Able to take instructions from the supervising lawyers and execute them accordingly in a timely manner;
5) Able to work independently with minimum supervision;
6) We will offer an extremely competitive remuneration package;
7) Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia; and
8) Added advantage to applicants who can communicate Cantonese or Mandarin
