Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
-To handle all conveyancing works,including SPA and LOAN, to liaise with agent, banks,developers

CONVEYANCING CLERK
-To prepare legal documents in relation to project conveyancing,loan,subsale and perfection
-To prepare status reports and update file status
-To call client and set appoitment with them
-Good working attitude, dilligent hardworking
-Computer literate

CHAMBERING STUDENT
-To assist and support partner/associate
-To primarily handle cooperate matters and conveyancing matters
-To conducts legal research:draft letter:to assist in legal due dilligence issue correspondence, prepare,compile and bind documentation and all other relevant documents
-To assist wit clerical/administrative tasks and any other matters pertaining to the day to day running of the office
-To prepare legal documents in relation to project conveyancing,loan,subsale and perfection
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Able to draft proficiently English, Chinese

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
-Manage all aspects of Account Department
-Handle full set account
-To apply and renew lawyers practicing certificate payment of Malaysian Bar Subscription & renewal of professional Indemnity Insurance


Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
-1-2 years experience in conveyancing profolio
-Good written and verbal communication skills in both ENGLISH and MANDARIN
-Pro active with good and positive attitude
-Good interpersonal and communication skills
-Bewell organize, responsible and able multitask

CONVEYANCING CLERK
-1-2 years experience in conveyancing profolio
-Good written and verbal communication skills in ENGLISH or BAHASA MELAYU

ACCOUNT EXECUTIVE
-Experience in legal firm at least 2-4 years
-Candidate must possess at least Diploma Accounting or equivalent
-Possess good communication, attitude responsibility and teamwork
-Proficient in SQL Accounting Software
-Good written and verbal communication skills in both ENGLISH and MANDARIN
