CONVEYANCING LAWYER
To handle conveyancing matters.
To handle conveyancing matters.
Qualifications and Requirements:
Preferably at least one to two years experience.
Able to draft Sub-sale Sale and Purchase Agreement independently and handle the file from beginning until handover Vacant Possession / Legal Possession.
Familiar with banking documentations.
Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities i.e. Registrar of Titles, Stamp Office, LHDN etc.
Prepare legal opinion and legal advise on all aspects of sale and purchase transaction and loan drawdown.
Draft correspondences, legal instruments or documents to developers, banks, third parties.
Address residential and commercial projects' legal issues.
Handle and attend to signings of Sale and Purchase Agreement and Loan Documentation.
LITIGATION CLERK (2 Positions)
2 years experience and above.
Minimum SPM qualification or equivalent. With excellent computer skills.
Assist with preparing documents for court submissions, managing filing deadlines, and ensuring smooth coordination for filings and service of documents.
Able to up-to-date filing and efficient document handling, both physically and electronically. Ability to keep track of multiple tasks and deadlines, ensuring and orderly and effective workflow.
Work closely with the litigation team to prepare for cases, assisting with document preparation, scanning, photocopying, and indexing for hearing and trials.
Proficiency in English and Bahasa Malaysia, both written and spoken.
