Job Description:
1. Senior & Junior Conveyancing Lawyer
Job Description:
- Able to handle sub-sales, develop project, discharge, perfection of charge, perfection of transfer and other conveyancing matters.
- Able to handle and manage all loan documentations for mortgage etc.
- Able to draft agreement with minimum supervision and errors. (for juniors, under supervision by a partner)
- Able to liaise with clients, bankers, developers and various governmental bodies.
- Able to advise clients in connection with conveyancing matters.
- Ensure compliance with all relevant procedures, timelines, laws and regulations.
- Other tasks as assigned by the firm from time to time.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Candidate must possess Bachelor of Laws, LL.B.(Hons.) and current Practicing Certificate.
- Preferably minimum three (3) to five (5) years of practice in conveyancing field. For juniors, minimum one (1) year of practice in the conveyancing field.
- Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply.
2. Senior & Junior Litigation Lawyer
- Candidate must have minimum of 1-3 years’ experience in dealing with Civil Litigation matters.
- Able to conduct thorough and meticulous research on related matters.
- Drafting letters, legal opinions, pleadings, cause papers and submissions within short deadlines with
minimal supervision.
- Familiar with EFS system (including e-filing of cause papers and conducting e-reviews) as well as attending
to and/or assisting with Hearings, Trials and Appeals.
3. Pupils In Chambers
Job Description:
-To assist lawyers in handling files relating to Civil Litigation (Bodily Injury Claims & others)
-To prepare & draft cause papers and legal opinion
-Responsible and willing to learn with good working attitude
-Reliable and dedicated in work
-Carry out tasks assigned by lawyers from time to time
Qualifications and Requirements:
-Good command of English and Bahasa Melayu
-Hardworking, responsible, good working attitude and willing to learn
-Able to handle multiple tasks at any given time
-Complete entrusted tasks within the requisite time
-Own transport is an advantage
4. Conveyancing Clerk
Job Description:
- To handle, prepare and assist subsale SPA, Loan, Perfection, Discharge and all other conveyancing related matters.
- To liaise with clients, bankers and lawyers.
- Able to work independently under minimum supervision.
- Able to manage time well and meet deadline.
- Able to monitor and follow up closely with all the files, attend to client correspondences and prepare status report.
- Able to assist in administrative work.
Qualification and Requirements:
- At least two (2) years of working experience in handling conveyancing related matters from initial stage until completion.
- Able to handle and/or manage various general conveyancing matters.
5. Litigation Clerk
Job Description:
-To assist lawyers in handling files relating to Civil Litigation (Bodily Injury Claims & others)
-To maintain, update file status and prepare a status report
-Competent in MS office and able to type correspondences and all forms of documentation with accuracy and speed
-Responsible and willing to learn with good working attitude
-Reliable and dedicated in work
-Basic file management skills is a must
-Basic knowledge in civil litigation is a must

6. Receptionist cum Admin Clerk
Job Description:
- Preparing letters and legal documents; answering / screening telephone calls and taking down messages (when necessary)
- Scheduling appointments
- Answering and forwarding of incoming calls
- Arranging, sorting, distribution and recording of outgoing, incoming mail and couriers
- Arranging for couriers' pickups
- Assisting with a variety of administrative tasks – photocopying, binding and filing
- Assists in general admin duties, maintenance of office and filing store
- Opening and retrieval of files
- Assist on Online searches – JPJ search, SSM, CTOS etc;
- Arranging for the firm’s despatch collection, delivery and others office filing
- To assists in any other admin duties assigned from time to time.
Qualification and Requirements:
- Experience in front desk management especially legal firm will be an added advantage
- Fresh graduates in ANY related field
- Good command of English Language and Bahasa Melayu, both written and spoken
- Good communication and interpersonal skills, disciplined & flexible working hours (if need be)
