Litigation Clerk
Assist in Preparation of Cause Papers:-
Affidavits, Pleadings, Record of Appeal, Bundle of Authorities, Bundle of Documents, Correspondence, Photocopying, attend phone calls and other clerical and administrative work
Pupil In Chambers
Handling litigation matters assigned by the Partners of the firm including:
• Conducting research;
• Drafting cause papers;
• Attending courts;
• Attending to clients.
