Job Description:
CONVEYANCING CLERK
1. Handling conveyancing tasks as assigned (Sub-Sales & Developer sales), Sale and Purchase Agreement, Loan Agreement, Discharge, Perfection of Transfer & Charge and other conveyancing matters.
2. Assisting partner/lawyer with other duties as required.
ADMIN & ACCOUNT CLERK
1. In charge of book keeping for account including preparing invoice, official receipt and payment voucher
2. Provide assistance and support to the firm's management

Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING CLERK
1. Minimum Diploma qualification.
2. Preferably 2 years and above experience in handling conveyancing matters in a law firm
3. Must be organized, meticulous, possess teamwork qualities, good communication skills
4. Proficient with computers
5. Has own transport
ADMIN & ACCOUNT CLERK
1. Minimum SPM qualification
2. Familiar with accounting system particularly SQL
3. Must be neat, meticulous, possess teamwork qualities, good communication skills
4. Proficient with computers
5. Has own transport
