CONVEYANCING CLERK
-Can handle conveyancing & commercial matters : SPA & Loan.
-To liaise with clients, bankers and lawyers.
-Able to manage time well and meet deadlines.
-Able to monitor and follow up closely with all files, attend to client correspondences and prepare status reports.
-Able to work independently and computer literate.
CONVEYANCING LAWYER
- Drafting agreements such as Sale & Purchase Agreements (Sub-Sales & Developer sales), Loan Agreement, Discharge, Perfection of Transfer & Charge and other conveyancing matters.
- Conducting due diligence to ensure properties comply with legal requirements.
- Liaise with clients, property developers, bankers, property agents and various government bodies.
- Monitoring and updating file status.
- Resolving legal issues that may arise during the conveyancing process.
- Taking on additional tasks as assigned by the firm.
