Job Description:
We are seeking highly motivated and dedicated Legal Associates and Junior Lawyers to join our team at the following locations:
Taman Sutera Utama Branch: 19A, Jalan Sutera Tanjung 8/2, Sutera Utama Biz Centre, Taman Sutera Utama, 81300 Johor Bahru, Johor.
Austin Branch : 33-01A, Jalan Austin Heights 3/1, Taman Mount Austin, 81100 Johor Bahru, Johor.
This is a fantastic opportunity to grow your legal career in a dynamic and supportive environment. Successful candidates will primarily handle civil litigation matters, with opportunities to gain exposure in conveyancing and corporate law as we expand our practice.
Responsibilities:
1. Draft and file cause papers, pleadings, and submissions.
2. Represent clients in court for hearings, trials, and case management.
3. Conduct thorough legal research and provide sound legal advice.
4. Liaise with clients, opposing counsel, and third parties professionally.
5. Manage and organise case files efficiently.
6. Collaborate with the legal team across both branches to ensure smooth workflow.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Requirements for Junior Lawyers (Fresh Call):
1. Newly admitted to the Bar with a strong interest in civil litigation.
2. Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
3. Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and/or written) will be an added advantage.
4. Eager to learn and develop skills in litigation, conveyancing, and corporate law.
5. Detail-oriented, self-motivated, and ready to take on challenges.
Requirements for Legal Associates:
1. Possess a valid Practicing Certificate (PC).
2. Minimum 2 years of practice experience in civil litigation (experience in conveyancing and corporate law is an advantage).
3. Strong command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (spoken and written).
4. Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and/or written) will be an added advantage.
5. Own transportation and willing to travel between branches when necessary.
6. Independent, disciplined, and capable of working with minimal supervision.
