CONVEYANCING LAWYER
1. Drafting Sale and Purchase Agreements
2. Drafting banking documentation.
3. Expected to liaise with clients (including banks) and government authorities
4. Draft correspondences and legal instruments/documents for developers, banks, and third parties.
5. Attend to signings of Sale and Purchase Agreements and Loan Documentation.
