Job Description:
1. LEGAL ASSOCIATE
(i) Managing the full spectrum of litigation work, from drafting cause papers to attending case management and conducting or assisting in full trials and hearings.
(ii) Preparing comprehensive legal opinions and conducting thorough research on all relevant legal matters.
(iii) Undertaking any additional duties or assignments as directed by the firm.
(iv) Candidates with experience in hearings and trials will have an added advantage.
2. ADMIN CLERK
(i) Handle general administrative tasks, including filing, document management and correspondence.
(ii) To organise and manage case files to ensure all legal documents are in order and readily accessible.
(iii) Monitoring and updating progress of pending cases and matters including monitoring deadlines, due dates, reminder lists.
3. CHAMBERING STUDENT

Qualifications and Requirements:
1. LEGAL ASSOCIATE
(i) Called to the Bar. No prior experience required, only willingness to learn.
(ii) Excellent command of English and Bahasa Malaysia (both written and spoken).
(iii) Strong analytical, problem-solving, organizational skills, and attention to detail.
(iv) Excellent command of both English and Malay, in written and oral forms.
(v) Willing to learn, committed, PROACTIVE with good attitude.
(vi) Passionate about legal work with a strong work ethic and a heart for advocating in the best interests of clients.
2. ADMIN CLERK
(i) No prior experience required, only willingness to learn.
(ii) Responsible, detail oriented.
(iii) Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.
(iv) Computer literate in Microsoft Office and document management systems.
(v) Excellent attention to detail and able to work efficiently to meet deadlines.
3. CHAMBERING STUDENT
(i) Qualified under the Legal Profession Act to commence pupillage.
(ii) Willing to learn, committed, PROACTIVE with good attitude.
