Job Description:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER:
1) To handle sub-sales transaction including drafting of agreements, discharge, perfection of transfer and all other related matters
2) Able to handle files independently with minimum supervision until completion
3) To liaise with clients, developers, bankers and related bodies
4) To maintain an up to date status report
5) To supervise subordinates and work harmoniously with colleagues
CONVEYANCING CLERK:
1) Junior/Senior conveyancing clerks are welcomed to apply
2) To handle banking and loan documentations for sub-sale and refinancing transactions. Hence, knowledge in property transactions is required
3) To assist lawyers in conveyancing related matters
4) To attend to clients, developers, bankers and related bodies
5) Provide secretarial/administrative support to the lawyers
6) Able to handle files independently with minimum supervision to meet deadlines

Qualifications and Requirements:
CONVEYANCING LAWYER:
1) Preferably with minimum two (2) years experience in both SPA and LOAN documentations
2) Good leader and willing to guide subordinates
3) Good working attitude, great personality, friendly and happy
4) Independent and reliable
5) Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
6) Able to speak any Chinese dialect is an added advantage (not necessary)
CONVEYANCING CLERK:
1) At least SPM Level
2) Preferably with minimum one (1) year experience in both SPA and LOAN documentations
3) Excellent in Microsoft Word, Excel, Power point is an advantage
4) Good command of English & Bahasa Malaysia
5) Good working attitude, great personality, friendly and happy
6) Able to speak any Chinese dialect is an added advantage (not necessary)
