Job Description:
Litigation Clerk
- Assist in the preparation of legal documents and case files.
- Manage correspondence and communicate with clients and court officials.
- Organize and maintain documents in a paper or electronic filing system.
- Handle scheduling of court dates, depositions, and meetings.
- Conduct legal research and assist with the drafting of legal documents.
- Ensure all court documents are filed timely and accurately.
Associate (Litigation)
- Provide legal advice and representation to clients in various areas of law.
- Draft, review, and negotiate legal documents and contracts.
- Conduct comprehensive legal research and analysis.
- Represent clients in court, mediation, and other legal proceedings.
- Collaborate with senior attorneys to develop case strategies and legal arguments.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Litigation Clerk
- Minimum of 1 year of experience in a litigation environment.
- Proficient in MS Office and case management software.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Diploma or degree in legal studies or a related field is preferred.
Associate (Litigation)
- LLB from a recognized university and admission to the Bar.
- 0 to 1 year of post-qualification experience in a legal practice.
- Strong legal research, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent drafting and negotiation abilities.
- Effective communication skills, both written and oral.
