Job Description:
-Perform general office administrative and clerical duties.
-Maintain and organize office records, files, and correspondence.
-Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries.
-Assist in data entry, document preparation, and filing.
-Monitor and reconcile bank statements and transactions.
-Support the team in ad hoc administrative and accounting tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Requirements:
-Minimum qualification: SPM and above.
-Proficiency in written and spoken English and Bahasa Malaysia.
-Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
-Competency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and Outlook).
-Good communication and interpersonal skills.
-Ability to multitask and manage time effectively.
