Job Description:
Lawyer
- Liaise effectively with bankers, lawyers and the enforcement department.
- Solve the problems on time and provide services consultation.
- Hands on experience in sales of residential & rental of commercial properties.
- Must have own transportation
Clerk
- Able to handle stress well and to complete file within the timeline.

Qualifications and Requirements:
Marketing Lawyer
- At least 2 years’ experience and above in conveyancing line.
- Communicate well in English, BM ,Mandarin will be an added advantage.
- Computer literature and knowledge in Microsoft Office. (Words, Excel & Power Point)
Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate the sales team.
- Punctual, hardworking, responsible, and able to maintain a positive attitude.
- Must have own transportation.
Conveyancing Clerk
- Must have at least two (2) years’ experience in handling all conveyancing matters (sub-sale, loan, auctions, perfections, etc)
- Able to attend to status reports and updating file status.
- Computer literate.
- Attend to Clients, Government Authorities, Bankers, Agents or any relevant authorities
- To prepare status report, quotation and drafting correspondence
CHAMBERING STUDENTS are welcome to send in resume
- At least 2 years’ experience and above in conveyancing line.
