a. Consult and handle all corporate legal processes (e.g. intellectual property, mergers & acquisitions,financial/securities offerings, compliance issues, transactions, agreements, lawsuits, patents)
b. Develop company policy and position on legal issues
c. Research, anticipate and guard company against legal risks
d. Guide managers and ensure compliance with rules and regulations
e. Structure, draft and review reports and other legal documents
f. Represent company in legal proceedings (administrative boards, court trials etc.)
g. Draft and administer all contracts
h. Negotiate deals and attend company meetings

1- 5 years experience in related field.
2- Able to work independently with minimum supervision.
3- Able to handle multiple task at any given time and to complete task entrusted within the requisite time.
4- Strong command in English (Spoken & Written).
5- Strong command in Mandarin is an advantage.
6- Able to work under pressure, committed and meet a tight deadline.
7- Good working attitude, self-motivated with initiatives and responsibility also a good team player.
8- Excellent research skill.
