Job Description:
We are looking for a junior lawyer or pupil interested to develop a career in
(Only allowed and supervised job scopes will apply to Pupil position)
• all aspects of property conveyancing,
• estate planning advice, will & trust drafting, attend court for non-contentious probate & estate administration proceedings.
• Commercial agreements, agency law and business law advisory
• prepared to learn and work hard and develop business thinking.

Qualifications and Requirements:
You are expected to
• have a good grasp of contract law and willing to learn trust, company law & tax law
• understand businessman thinking
• ability to deduce the possible legal consequences from a factual situation.
• possess good interpersonal skills and able to work as part of a team
• be detail oriented, habitually neat and manage time well
• speak coherently and able to explain complex concept in simple words
