LEGAL ASSISTANT-CONVEYANCING
- Able to handle Sales and purchase agreement (SNP);
- Able to prepared loan document for Maybank,CIMB Bank Public Bank,Hong Leong Bank & other;
- Able to prepared and familiar with commercial / corporate financing documentation.
- Able to work independently with a willingness to learn; and
- Responsible and hardworking.
- Able to complete task in the given timeline with minimum supervision.
- Able to handle Sales and purchase agreement (SNP);

- Possess the following character:
